Specialising in the Valuation of Unquoted Companies and Businesses and founded by Chairman Mark Evans, Evans Appraisal Limited was an independent consultancy based in the City of London providing expert advice, independent evidence and negotiation services in relation to all aspects of the valuation of unquoted company shares and business appraisal.

Following the retirement from professional practice of the Founder and Chairman, Evans Appraisal Limited ceased trading with effect from August 2014.
